金来湘先生，韩国籍，是长春市发改委东北亚经济顾问、吉林省长吉图办顾问、长春市名誉市民、吉林省长春市发展贡献奖、长春市产业发展研究院客座委员。主要履历为：2008-2014年，韩国软件园（KSP - Korea Software Park）企划及运营/长春市信息产业局；2010年，制定中韩IT产业融合战略/长春市工业和信息化局；2013年，制定韩吉经济合作圈(KOJI BELT)战略/长春市发展和改革委员会；2013-2015年，UNESCO UNITWIN项目企划顾问、运营；2015年，制定中韩产业融合示范区战略/长春市发展和改革委员会；2016年，制定东北亚国际合作战略/吉林省长春兴隆综合保税区；2017-2018年，制定中韩国际合作示范区战略/吉林省长吉图领导小组；2018年，东北亚自由贸易港战略及中韩国际合作示范区战略/韩国北方经济合作委员会；2020年，中韩国际合作商会成立。金先生毕业于韩国西江大学经营管理专业。
