杜伟先生是加拿大留学海归人才，曾加入维多利亚咖啡集团，因卓越的工作表现，2004年被选入董事会并成为公司合伙人，负责咖啡机产品研发设计，以及集团在亚洲项目的前期评估及后期实施管理。在此期间，杜伟先生深入了解世界咖啡产业的发展历史、轨迹和在全球各区域的发展趋势，洞察到咖啡行业在中国的巨大市场潜力和先机，于2005年在中国创立JAVA咖啡机品牌，并出任万事达（杭州）咖啡机有限公司董事长。2016年，被评为“浙江省千人计划专家”，杭州市国际商会副会长，杭州市出入境检验检疫协会咖啡产业行业分会长，杭州市出入境检验检疫协会副会长。2020年出任中国百货商业协会自助售货行业分会副会长职务。

在其带领下，万事达（杭州）咖啡机有限公司被评为国家高新技术企业，掌握多项国际领先专利及技术，成功将中国自主品牌“JAVA/鼎瑞”咖啡机推向全球，也作为指定咖啡机供应商服务于2008年北京奥运会、2010年上海世博会、2016年G20杭州峰会、2017年厦门金砖会晤、2018年上合组织青岛峰会等重大国际盛事。企业连续三年参加进博会，受到包括央视在内等各大媒体的高度关注和各级领导的高度重视。

Mr Wei Du used to be the deputy general manager of Vittoria Coffee Group in Canada. Benefiting from his study and working experience in Canada, Mr Du learned about the coffee business development, and gained insight into the huge market potential and opportunities of the coffee industry in China. In 2005, he founded Wanshida Coffee Machine (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and created the JAVA coffee machine brand. He was named “Specially-invited Expert of Zhejiang Province”,“Vice Chairman of Hangzhou International Chamber of Commerce”,“Vice Chairman of Hangzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association”,“Chairman of Coffee Branch of Hanghzou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association”in 2016. In 2020, he served as the Vice Chairman of China Vending Association.

Under his leadership, Wanshida (Hangzhou) Coffee Machine Co., Ltd. was rated as a National High-Tech Enterprise that mastered a number of international leading patents and technologies. Mr Du successfully promoted the Chinese independent brand "JAVA" coffee machine to the world, which was selected as the designated coffee machine service supplier for major international events such as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit, the 2017 Xiamen BRICS Summit, and the 2018 SCO Qingdao Summit. After three consecutive years’ participation in the CIIE, JAVA Coffee Machine has received great attention from major media including CCTV.
