Peter Hyong S. Koh is a senior foreign lawyer at Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm. Over the past 31 years, Mr. Koh has served as lead counsel on behalf of numerous multinational companies in the US., Hong Kong, Korea and China in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide range of complex corporate M&A, joint venture, syndicated financing and private equity transactions while working at leading law firms in the U.S. (Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and McDermott Will & Emery - Partner), in Hong Kong (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer – Of Counsel), in Korea and in China. His current law practice is focused on cross-border corporate transactions and international dispute resolution cases involving Chinese companies. Mr. Koh is a graduate of Harvard University (BA) and University of California, School of Law (JD). Mr. Koh has been working in Shanghai since 2014.
