刘京誉先生拥有超过20年IT行业市场及政府关系工作经验，横跨芯片设计、软件服务和通讯领域。

2018年参与创立源讯云计算有限公司并担任首席市场官，在此之前，刘京誉先生历任东软睿道教育科技公司副总裁（2014-2017）、文思创新软件技术公司副总裁（2007-2014）。

刘京誉先生是商务部中国服务外包研究中心顾问、中国国际投资促进会服务外包工作委员会副秘书长、吉林省中关村创新中心项目创始发起人。
