张强先生曾任中国国际投资促进会秘书长，拥有丰富的投资促进工作经验。

2006年后参与推动服务外包产业发展工作，并于2013年参与中国信息技术服务与外包产业联盟的发起工作，积极推动中国信息技术服务与外包产业联盟成立，联盟成立后担任秘书长一职，负责联盟秘书处全面工作，帮助会员企业搭建与政府沟通平台，开展产业研究以及推动企业在国内外的合作。

张强先生还担任着商务部服务外包专家、商务部投资促进事务局产业智库专家、中国开发区协会智慧园区建设专家咨询委员会专家以及部分地方政府产业专家。

Secretary General of China information technology service and Outsourcing Industry Alliance

Acted as secretary general in China International Investment Promotion Association with rich experience in investment promotion. Engaged in promoting service outsourcing development after 2006 and joined the founding of China Information Technology and Outsourcing Alliance in 2013. Acted as secretary general of the alliance and be in charge of the daily management of the secretariate, helping member enterprises build communication platform with government, conduct industry research and promote enterprises’ domestic and international cooperation. He is expert in service outsourcing, in industry talent pool expert of MOFCOM, expert of intelligent park construction expert consultancy commission of China Development Zone Association, as well as industry expert of some local government.
