臧权先生也是中国信息技术服务产业联盟副秘书长，中国科技促进会医疗信息产业联盟副理事长，中国通信协会智慧城市专家委员会委员，清华大学软件学院企业导师，国家服务外包人力资源研究院高级顾问。

2016在中国IT项目管理大会上获“中国IT项目管理创新人物奖”，2017年在博鳌新型城镇化发展大会上获“中国智慧城市先锋人物奖”。

加入海辉之前，臧权先生曾在摩托罗拉、加拿大高新技术顾问公司、中兴通讯、北京铁路局投资中心做过多年的业务管理和信息化管理工作。

臧权先生拥有加拿大魁北克大学项目管理硕士学位和中南大学数学学士学位。

Mr. Zang is currently Vice President of Pacter Group and General Manager of Smart Industry Division. Deputy Secretary-General of the China Information Technology Services Industry Alliance, Vice President of the Medical Information Industry Alliance of the China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, Member of the Smart Cities Expert Committee of the China Communications Association, Corporate Mentor of Tsinghua University Software Institute, Senior Consultant of the National Institute of Human Resources for Service Outsourcing.

2016 Won the “China IT Project Management Innovation Person Award” at the China IT Project Management Conference, and the “China Smart City Pioneer Award” at the Boao New Urbanization Development Conference in 2017.

Prior to joining Pactera, Mr. Zang worked for many years in business management and information management at Motorola, Canada High-Tech Consultants, ZTE and Beijing Railway Bureau Investment Center.
