颜阳先生是天津大学管理学博士，高级工程师，中关村大数据产业联盟副秘书长、大数据分析与应用技术国家工程实验室网信智能中心副主任、北京计算机学会理事、中国人民大学数字治理及数字经济研究中心研究员、广州市数字金融协会金融科技专业委会委员。国家信息中心深圳大数据研究院学术委员会委员，中国电子学会大数据专家委员会委员、中国大数据产业生态联盟专家委员、区块链+百人峰会联合创始人，中科融数（北京）科技有限公司创始人。《区块链+赋能数字经济》（机械工业出版社）和《区块链+党政干部学习读本》（中共中央党校出版社）主编、2020年区块链60人榜单、新华社及工信部旗下多家媒体区块链高端访谈嘉宾等。

历任光大证券股份有限公司信息技术部副总经理、民族证券信息技术部总经理、民生证券股份有限公司技术总监等职。两度获得证券期货业科学技术优秀奖，多次获评中国优秀CIO。曾主持证券行业云计算课题、证券行业信息安全国产化示范工程（国家发改委资助项目）、主持证券行业数据中心项目通过行业专业评审并获奖。

提出基于大数据的反馈经济模型WSS、新型智慧城市建设及投融资策略以及我国大数据流通与数字资产交易市场顶层设计并对相关实现路径进行了研究和探索。专注在区块链助力大数据智能化行业应用、数字经济和金融科技应用、全域数联网理论及标准研究及其在金融、医疗和智慧城市领域实践。

Once in charge of cloud projects in securities, information security domestication demonstration project in securities (National Development and Reform Commission funded). The data center project in securities passed industry professional evaluation and was awarded with prize. Raised big data based responsive economy model WSS, new-type intelligent city construction and investment and financing strategy, research on China big data flow and digital capital exchange market top design and related realization pathway.
