Mr. Sun Xiangyu is a doctor of Tsinghua University and now works in the high tech Industry Development Office of Torch High Technology Industry Development Center in Ministry of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in high-tech industrialization, collaborative innovation of industrial chain, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, policy and strategic research of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship, and has participated in National Natural Science Foundation projects and provincial and ministerial scientific and technological projects for many times.
