萨仁女士是三亚市中医院针灸一科主任、三亚国际友好中医疗养院副院长、三亚市中医院哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图中医中心主任。

萨仁女士在中医药对外服务贸易、中医技术对外推广、中医文化对外交流等方面做出突出贡献，将传统中医药特色治疗与三亚的自然环境和旅游资源相结合，开创“中医疗养＋旅游度假”治疗模式，承担“中医药服务出口基地”、“中医药健康旅游示范基地”、“中国—亚欧国家中医药疗养国际合作基地（海南）”建设、“海南省中医药文化宣传教育基地”、“海南省中医药健康旅游和服务贸易示范基地建设单位”项目一线主要临床工作。

萨仁女士也是第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师；国家中医药管理局“以人文服务为媒介，构建和谐医患关系”个人先进典型；海南省“领军人才”、海南省“南海名家”、首批海南“双百”人才团队负责人。
