金腾川先生，博导、研究组长（PI）、教授；中国科学院“百人计划”、中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部、中国科学院天然免疫和慢性病重点实验室、中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心。

金腾川教授1998年至2003年就读于中国科技大学生命科学院，2003年获生物学理学学士和工商管理学士学位。2003年至2008年就读于美国伊利诺伊理工大学(Illinois Institute of Technology)。2008年获分子生物化学和生物物理学博士学位。于2008年获得了科学研究协会(Sigma Xi Society)和伊利诺伊理工大学的优秀博士毕业生奖(Sigma Xi Award)（全校每年仅1名）。从2008年至2014年期间，在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)，国立过敏及传染病研究所(NIAID)，在免疫学系(Laboratory of Immunology)，结构免疫学研究组(Structural Immmunobiology Unit)，先后任Postdoc Fellow和Research Fellow。2015年被聘为中国科技大学生命科学院特任研究员、博士生导师，2021年转为教授。在Immunity，J Exp Med，Nature Commun，Sig Trans Targ Ther，Nucleic Acids Res，Protein & Cell，CMI，J Biol Chem，J Agric Food Chem等杂志发表论文100余篇，论文引用超过5000次。申请发明专利10余个。2020年获得安徽省政府颁发的黄山友谊奖。

主要研究方向：感染与免疫的结构生物学基础；病原体与宿主相互作用的分子机制；炎症反应及自身免疫病的分子机理；蛋白质工程和蛋白药物研发。

Tengchuan JIN

The Group Leader (PI) of Laboratory of Structural Immunology at USTC, Professor

Tengchuan Jin, Ph.D., Professor; Laboratory of Structural Immunology; Division of Life Sciences and Medicine; CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science; CAS Key Laboratory of Innate Immunity and Chronic Diseases; University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).

Dr. Jin joined USTC after his extensive training at NIAID/NIH in 2015. He is now the group leader (PI) of Laboratory of Structural Immunology at USTC. Dr. Jin has published over 100 research papers covering structural biology, immunology, infectious diseases, and agriculture. The main research interest of TJ-Lab is to use molecular, biochemical, and immunological methodologies to expand the understanding of infectious as well as autoimmune diseases, and to improve the quality of life for patients.

We are particularly interested in the following major research areas: 1) Structural biology of the innate immune system; 2) Molecular mechanism of infectious diseases, particularly the microbe-host interactions; 3) Molecular mechanism of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases; 4) Protein engineering and drug discovery.
