孙乐博士是北京市特聘专家、北京市新冠抗疫科技人才、北师大兼职教授、清华大学博士，奥瑞冈州立大学博士后。孙乐博士师从美国科学院院士、尼克松总统科学顾问、单克隆抗体药发明者G.Sato教授和清华大学生命科学与医学院前院长赵南明教授。曾任美国Upstate/Merck生产和科研总监；2000年在美国创建A&G药业，担任总裁。承担了多项国家和北京市重大科技项目，京天成作为北京市传染病疫情应急防控建设平台中的关键企业，在抗击狂犬、手足口EV71、盒流感H1N1/H7N9、新波尼亚病毒、诺如病毒以及埃博拉病毒等多个应急事件中，都发挥着重要作用。建立起庞大的传染病病原体抗体库包括肺炎18价、HPV9价、流脑4价、百白破、狂犬、Bunya Virus，EV71，CA16，HBV HCV，HEV.HIV.IPV，rubella virus，RSV，RAV，JEV的鼠单抗上千种。本次疫情，孙乐博士分别获得北京市科委新冠疫情应急重大项目和盖茨基金新冠疫情应急项目支持。
