拥有18+年的管理、运营、策略、产品的经验。对于消费、数字智能、金融、企业服务、医疗健康等领域，服务策略、产品创新与增长运营有非常丰富的经验。

曾工作于中国科院软件工程中心，师从钟锡昌，女娲计划成员。后作为Founder，创立了清华紫光启迪世纪通讯技术有限公司。后加入全球著名IC公司Mediatek（联发科），搭建运营商战略合作部和全球用户体验部，并担任高级总监。2015年作为高级合伙人加入唐硕体验创新咨询。致力于以体验导向的策略、管理、运营，产品和科技创新。曾主导参与了国际国内多家公司的合作，微软、GE、VISA、三星、安利、中国人寿、戴姆勒、北汽、故宫博物院、华润、东风启辰、小罐茶、中信银行、人民日报、北京银行、龙湖、锐捷网络、钓鱼台国宾酒业等。

Dyas holds more than 18 years of experience in user experience, cooperation operation and management. He has rich experience in consumption, digital intelligence, finance, enterprise services and medical healthcare industries. With the guidance of X thinking and experience strategy, Dyas is committed and driven to lead service innovation and strategic planning with experience thinking.

In 2004, he was awarded with Beijing Scientific Technology Award. Founded Tsing-Hua ZiGuang QiDi Century Communication Technology. Then was recruited to join the globally renowned IC design company Mediatek, where he started and led the International Vendor Cooperation department and User Experience department as Senior Director, Later he joined Tang as a Partner and served many omni-channel service experience strategy and design projects, He had worked with many domestic and global companies, including Samsung, Amway, China Life Insurance, Daimler, the Palace Museum, China information Center, CITIC bank, People’s Daily, Bank of Beijing, Riijie Technology and etc.
