陈勇先生是Gartner CIO Research的副总裁级分析师。他的研究重点是IT领导力，IT战略和IT治理。具体而言，他不仅能够为Gartner跨国客户制定进入中国市场的IT战略计划同时也能够并为Gartner的中国客户提供全球化视角的IT战略、IT治理的建议。

在加入Gartner之前，陈先生曾在多家美国和欧洲公司担任其中国区IT经理/总监，负责管理复杂的IT组织并为中国企业提供IT解决方案和服务。他的职业生涯始于开发专业领域软件的软件工程师。

VP Analyst in Gartner

Owen Chen is VP analyst in Gartner CIO Research. His research domain is in IT leadership, IT strategy and IT administration. He helps MNCs setup IT strategy plan into Chinese market and advise Chinese domestic clients with globalized IT strategy and IT administration. Before Gartner, he acted as IT manager/director of China in several American and European companies, being responsible for managing complex IT organization and provide IT solution and service for Chinese enterprises. He started his career as software engineer in domain areas.
