高级工程师，浙江大学计算机科学与技术学院工学博士，入选浙江省“万人计划”。于2016年创立杭州趣链科技有限公司并担任首席执行官，同时兼任中国计算机学会区块链专业委员会委员、浙江省工商业联合会执行委员会委员、浙江省区块链技术应用协会副会长、中国青年企业家协会理事、浙江省青年企业家协会常务理事等职。曾获2019全球浙商金奖、杭州市2018年度创业人物等多项荣誉称号，致力于区块链产业技术应用的发展与推广。

Wei LI, a senior engineer, is a doctor of engineering in the School of Computer Science and Technology of Zhejiang University and was selected as one of the "Ten Thousand Plan" of Zhejiang Province. He is also a member of the Blockchain Professional Committee of the China Computer Society, a member of the Executive Committee of the Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice President of the Blockchain Technology Application Association of Zhejiang Province, Director of the China Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Executive Director of the Zhejiang Young Entrepreneurs Association. He was awarded many honorary titles such as 2019 Global Zhejiang Business Golden Award and Hangzhou 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year, and is committed to the development and promotion of blockchain industry technology applications.
