郭健先生曾任上海海运学院（现上海海事大学）管理系教师，香港招商集团财务部外派干部、蛇口中华会计师事务所部门经理、深圳立诚会计师事务所合伙人、深圳中大投资管理公司总经理、招商证券股份有限公司国际业务部总经理、总裁助理兼投资银行总部董事总经理、副总裁兼董事会秘书等职。

郭先生长期从事投资管理工作，有丰富的企业管理、投资管理和资本运营经验。郭先生是上海海运学院（现上海海事大学）学士、香港科技大学EMBA。

Mr. Guo Jian used to be the general manager of International Business Department, president assistant and the managing director of investment bank headquarters, the vice president and the Secretary of the board of directors of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd.

Mr. Guo has been engaged in investment management for a long time and has rich experience in enterprise management, investment management and capital operation. Mr. Guo is a Bachelor of Shanghai Maritime College (now Shanghai Maritime University) and an EMBA of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
