中国科技大学通信与电子专业硕士，曾担任上海市工博会第二、三届专家评委。曾从事无线基站开发工作，后期从事存储、模拟、BCD、处理器技术开发。2012年创建芯旺微电子技术有限公司，从事工业、汽车类MCU等集成电路的开发工作。创立KungFu处理器系统结构，构建了完整的编译器、集成开发环境、调式环境、仿真器、脱机烧录器等产品生态系统，并且实现批量生产。
